MetExploreMetabolic network analysis platform
Since 2022, the MetaToul-MetExplore platform develops open bioinformatics methods for biochemical contextualization of metabolomics and fluxomics data and modelling metabolic networks.
Based in Toulouse, it is one of the research sites of INRAE's Toxalim unit. It is also part of the MetaToul platform, itself a member of the national infrastructure for metabolomics and fluxomics MetaboHUB.
